At ticketsWA you can make secure online bookings, with no booking charges, 24 hours a day. If you have difficulty booking, read the Frequently Asked Questions or Contact Us.
Booking tickets is easy – we think it’s pretty intuitive. Here’s how you do it.
Step 1 Find your event at ticketsWA
You can use the quick search options at the top of every ticketsWA page to search by one factor, or an Advanced Search will let you combine criteria. Or you can just browse around.
When you’ve found your event, click on the blue Get Tickets button on the left.
Step 2 Dates
If your event has more than one performance, choose your preferred date and time. If there are a lot of performances, you migh tneed to select Show more.
Step 3 Seats If you have a promotional code, now is the time to enter it at Do you have a promo code?.
- Reserved seating Scroll down to the seating plan. Click on a coloured seat to select it, and then the ticket type for that seat. Selected seats go black. Scroll to the bottom to click Add to cart. You can add more tickets or Go to Checkout.
- Unreserved seating Put in the number of tickets you want of each type then Add to cart. When you've selected all your tickets, Go to Checkout.
Step 4 Payment information
If you have a ticketsWA account you can now log in, but this isn't required. Instead you can enter your Patron Details.
Select whether you you want your ticket emailed to you, or to collect it at the event from the box office.
Carefully check the summary that your tickets are for the right event, date, time and are the right ticket type.
Enter your payment details. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Agree to our Terms and Conditions and then Complete Order.
Step 5 Receive Your Tickets
If you chose to have your tickets emailed, you will receive an email with your ticket(s) as an attached PDF. At the event you can show a print of the PDF or show your ticket on your phone.
If you don’t receive your email within 10-15 minutes (it’s usually much faster), chances are your email software has marked it as junk or spam, so please check for it there.
