Prepare for an unforgettable night of orchestral brilliance as the UWA Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Professor Alan Lourens, join forces with superstar young pianist Jude Holland.
The evening will feature Fanny Hensel’s Overture in C Major, the only solely orchestral work by this oft overlooked composer, and Augusta Holmès’s hypnotic interlude "La Nuit et l’Amour.".
Multi-award winning student Holland will dazzle the audience with his performance of Brahms’ Piano Concerto No. 2, in a program that highlights the exceptional talent of our UWA artists and the magnificent sound of the symphony orchestra.
